How to Use the THINKDIAG mini?

Step1: Download the "ThinkDiag" in the APP store or in GooglePlay store.

Step2: Open the THINKDIAD APP, click on "Sign Up",verification code will be sent to the email you input, if you did not got, please check the spam.

Step3: Click on "Activate" to open the activation page, you need to input the serial number and an 8-diagit activation code is on the first page of the Quick Start Guide.

Step4: Plug THINKDIAG mini into the vehicle's OBDII port, there will be a red light which indicates the device is powered on.

Step5: Open the THINKDIAG APP, it will automatically search for activated devices, select your device and connect to it via Bluetooth in the APP. The indicator will turn to flashing blue.

Step6: In the "Diagnostics" interface of the App, you will need to download the corresponding diagnostics software when first apply"All System Diagnostic"and"OBD Functions".

Good, but the instructions & user interface could be a lot more intuitive.

My order was delivered in a reasonable timeframe. I was (eventually) able to get it to work, and it did a good-enough job for my purposes — and actually, it did an excellent job, relative to the price. However the instructions and user interface were not intuitive at all. I was even misled into wondering if I needed to sign up for an annual subscription to use it beyond the first year. Fortunately, customer support was fast and efficient, and by the way, there is no need for any subscription service to use this product. They do offer it as an upgrade, but it works well enough for my purposes without it.

Not what i expected but still feature packed

Its a great product, and very good value.
I was slightly disappointed in the lack of bi-directional communication as advertised, but for general use or quick diagnostics, it has a lot of features that most or no other bluetooth code reader has.
Much more detail, such as misfire data and O2 data is invaluable
